Antithetical to their Catholic school upbringing in Orange County, CA, twin brothers Joe (vocals) and John Arnold (guitar) formed Cerebellion in 2009 with the concept of societal change by challenging one’s own personal beliefs. Achieving the rare balance of technical proficiency and catchy hooks, the group delivers a punishing yet melodic sound in the vein of bands like Demon Hunter and All That Remains. “You hear something real in their sound that is often missing from music today” – Jesse Cannon, Noise Creators. Following its three single releases in 2024, Cerebellion released its first single in 2025, “To Thine Own Self Be True” in April. The new track is absolutely blistering and has an infectious groove accompanied by some of the heaviest vocals ever performed by the band. The band continues to grow its global following using grassroots marketing strategies on social media. In the last couple years, the band has received incredible encouragement from fans all over the world and has grown its fanbase at a higher rate than any other point in its history.
